Across employee volunteering, philanthropic giving, strategic partnerships and community-based initiatives, our efforts support a range of causes, from cancer care and prevention to local community needs. Guided by Ralph Lauren's Purpose and values, these efforts foster a shared culture of service across our Company.
Flagship Program
Pink Pony
Ralph Lauren has been committed to the fight against cancer for more than 30 years. Established after Ralph Lauren’s friend, Nina Hyde, was diagnosed with cancer in 1989, Pink Pony is the Company’s worldwide initiative focused on supporting programs for research, screenings, treatment, education and patient navigation. The Pink Pony Campaign supports an international network of cancer charities that focus on a broad range of cancerous diseases and support access to high-quality care for all. Within the United States, proceeds benefit the Pink Pony Fund of The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation.

Our Longstanding Support in the Fight Against Cancer
Ralph Lauren's commitment to the fight against cancer began in 1989, inspired by his friend Nina Hyde, a former Washington Post fashion editor who passed away from breast cancer. In 2000, he launched Pink Pony, the Company’s global initiative in the fight against cancer, supporting programs for research, screenings, early diagnosis, treatment, education and patient navigation. To deepen this commitment, The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation established the Pink Pony Fund in 2001 to expand access to quality cancer care and advance research.
Through our annual campaigns, dedicated product collections, employee fundraising and volunteer efforts, Pink Pony supports 38 beneficiaries across 17 countries. In FY26, we increased financial support to cancer-related organizations globally, including the Pink Pony Fund, by 14% from our FY25 baseline – making progress towards our goal to increase support by 25% by FY31.
In 2022, The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation committed $25 million in grants to establish or expand five Ralph Lauren-named cancer centers across the United States. In January 2026, the Foundation awarded its latest grant to the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center to establish the UChicago Medicine Ralph Lauren Center, the fourth Ralph Lauren-named cancer center in the U.S. Through two locations and a mobile medical unit, the center will provide education, screenings and personalized navigation services across Chicago's South Side and Southland communities. The UChicago Medicine Ralph Lauren Center joins existing Ralph Lauren centers in Harlem, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles. Outside the U.S., Ralph Lauren Corporation also supports The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity through The Ralph Lauren Centre for Breast Cancer Research in London and the Ralph Lauren Research Wing at the Oak Cancer Centre in Sutton, U.K.
Ralph Lauren Gives Back
Inspired by Mr. Lauren's long-standing commitment to philanthropy, Ralph Lauren Gives Back is the Company's longstanding, year-round employee volunteering initiative that connects employees with opportunities to support their communities through service, charitable giving and community engagement. In FY26, Ralph Lauren employees contributed more than 16,000 volunteer hours to charitable organizations around the world.
Ralph Lauren Gives Back is anchored by three signature global campaigns each year: Earth Month in April, Pink Pony Month in October and the Season of Giving throughout November and December. These campaigns focus efforts on environmental stewardship, cancer care and wellness, and holiday giving, with activities ranging from restoring local parks and waterways to supporting cancer awareness events and providing essential resources to individuals and families in need during the holiday season.
Beyond its signature campaigns, Ralph Lauren Gives Back creates additional impact through partnerships that address community needs globally. One such effort is our collaboration with GiveMeTap. Ralph Lauren employees helped install the 100th water pump in FY26, expanding access to clean water for communities in Ghana. These efforts have brought clean water to homes, schools and medical facilities, supporting approximately 100,000 people who previously lacked reliable access.
Ralph Lauren also supports communities during times of crisis through organizations such as the American Red Cross, Delivering Good and World Vision, providing financial contributions and product donations for global relief and emergency response efforts.
In addition to volunteering, employees further their impact through the Ralph Lauren Employee Matching Gift Program, supported by The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation. The program provides a dollar-for-dollar match on eligible donations up to $1 million per fiscal year and has helped fund grants to nonprofits worldwide.
