Partner for Impact

We work with partners throughout our value chain — including suppliers, NGOs, industry peers, artisans and the communities that inspire us — to help address shared challenges and drive positive impact. From preserving cultural heritage and advancing initiatives to reduce emissions to supporting the well-being of the people who make our products, we aim to create lasting value through our collective efforts.

Flagship Program

Design with Intent

Design with Intent is our approach to building creative partnerships that enable unique storytelling, celebrate cultural heritage and ensure that the products we create and the stories we tell are an authentic expression of heritage and the Ralph Lauren brand. We advance these efforts across multiple initiatives, including: our first-of-its-kind model for mutually beneficial collaboration, Artist in Residence; product and manufacturing collaborations with artisans using traditional techniques through our Authentic Makers program; campaigns and collections that widen the aperture of the stories we tell; and ongoing training and development for internal Ralph Lauren teams to foster continuous cultural learning.

Our Artist in Residence program is integrated within our year-round design calendar and does not have a set product launch cadence. We review applications for our program on an ongoing basis. Apply to participate below.

Foundational Program

Supplier Engagement

Over the years, Ralph Lauren has developed a network of long-term, trusted partners throughout its value chain. Through regular workshops and ongoing two-way dialogues, we work together with our partners to improve operations and strengthen our collective ability to respond to challenges, including disruption and change.

Foundational Program

Worker Well-Being

Access to empowerment and life skills programs can help strengthen workers’ economic independence, improve their health and well-being and create pathways to long-term financial stability, among other benefits. In partnership with our suppliers and external stakeholders, we expand meaningful opportunities for the people who make our products, contributing to more resilient workplaces and partnerships.

Foundational Program

Supply Chain Decarbonization

The largest share of our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions occur beyond our owned operations at manufacturer facilities throughout our supply chain. Addressing this requires collaboration across our industry with our suppliers and leading experts. Our approach to achieving long-term reductions is to focus on supporting our suppliers in their transition away from on-site coal use and adopting electrified production technologies. These efforts, alongside other direct interventions, are driving our reductions and enhancing the resilience of our supply chain.

Goal

By the end of FY31, ensure Design with Intent programs are integrated within seasonal product launches across brands on a sustained basis.

Progress on Our Goal

Introduced three integrated seasonal collections within Polo Ralph Lauren and Ralph Lauren Home via Design with Intent programs and expanded our roster of Authentic Makers.

Goal

By the end of FY31, reduce freshwater intensity associated with textile processing by 15% in priority water-stressed basins, measured from a FY20 base year.

Progress on Our Goal

We began this work by identifying high-impact water interventions, embedding the goal in our supplier engagement strategy and creating a freshwater tracking framework.

Goal

By the end of FY31, make empowerment and life skills programs available to 250,000 workers across our supply chain.

Progress on Our Goal

Reached over 165,000 supply chain workers through our empowerment and life skills programs.

Goal

By the end of CY30, reduce absolute Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 30% from a FY20 base year.

Progress on Our Goal

Decreased absolute emissions by 42% in FY26 from our FY20 baseline.
